These terms govern Watchweeks, including the New York Watch Week Checklist and related services that link to these terms, operated by Reed Reibstein (“we,” “us”). Use of the service

We provide independent information and tools. We are not an official representative of listed brands, organizers or venues unless expressly stated. Information and automated results may be incomplete, inaccurate or change. Verify important details with the relevant source.

Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful material or content you lack permission to provide. Protect your account and keep copies of important information; availability, storage and synchronization are not guaranteed.

Content

You retain your rights in your submissions and give us permission to process and use them to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Sharing features permit display to recipients. We may incorporate feedback and corrections without compensation.

Our original content and software belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names, trademarks and content remain their owners’ property. External services have their own terms.

Changes and commercial features

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features and restrict access to address misuse, security or legal requirements. We may introduce advertising, sponsorships, commercial insights or paid offerings. New charges will be disclosed before you agree to pay. Personal-information practices remain subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

We may revise these terms and their effective date, providing additional notice of material changes. Where your agreement is required, we will obtain it before applying the change to you.
